Our new construction inspection is a full evaluation of your newly built home before you close, giving you leverage to ensure the builder corrects every issue before you take possession. We inspect structure, roofing, exterior, interior finishes, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and every major system. You receive a detailed report you can share directly with your builder for corrections under warranty.
"New construction" does not mean "defect-free." We routinely find missing insulation, wrong-size breakers, improper flashing, unsealed penetrations, and appliances installed incorrectly on brand-new $500,000+ homes. If you close without an independent inspection, every defect becomes your problem — and builders are only obligated to fix what you documented before the deal closed.
