We check foundation walls, crawl spaces, attics, wood framing, window sills, door frames, and exterior wood features. If evidence of WDOs is found, our detailed report includes findings, photos, and treatment recommendations. Most mortgage lenders require a WDO inspection before closing, and we provide CL-100-style reports accepted by lenders statewide.
