Safe drinking water is essential for your family’s health. Our team collects samples from your home’s water supply and delivers them to a certified laboratory for testing across a wide range of contaminants: bacteria (coliform and E. coli), lead, nitrates, nitrites, pH levels, and other chemicals that affect water safety. Water testing is especially critical for homes with private wells — common in rural counties throughout Central North Carolina — where the water is not treated by any municipal system. Many loan types including FHA, VA, and USDA require water testing before closing, and we deliver results in a format your lender will accept.
On a well? Nobody is testing your water but you. Coliform bacteria, E. coli, lead, nitrates, and arsenic are all found in North Carolina well water — often without any visible or taste warning. Long-term exposure to lead alone can cause irreversible neurological harm in children. And on a purchase, skipping the test can kill your loan days before closing when the lender asks for a report you don’t have.
We handle the full chain of custody — sample collection, certified lab delivery, and a lender-ready report — so your results are admissible with FHA, VA, and USDA underwriters.
